Montgomery County Scholarships Inc. is an approved Section 501(c)(3) organization d/b/a Friends of Education.

Jed Silversmith is a director of Friends of Education.  He is a tax lawyer with twenty years of experience.  He resides in Montgomery County.  He is the proud parent of two children and has been an active participant in the EITC program.

Todd Unger is a director of Friends of Education.  He is a tax lawyer with fifteen years of experience.  He resides in Montgomery County with his wife and two children.

Jed and Todd manage Special Purpose Entities which are business entities organized under the laws of Pennsylvania.   These organizations are managed by Montgomery County Scholarships, Inc.

Friends of Education is committed to providing high quality, educational opportunities through scholarships for children in grades K-12.  Friends of Education is in the process of becoming a Scholarship Organization.
